CAL/OSHA Top 25 Most Cited Violations - Lack of Safety Written Programs Tops!
Cal/OSHA has released their top 25 list of most cited violations for fiscal year 2020. As you can see from the chart, a lack of safety written programs was the top reason for being cited.
When it comes to a healthy safety program, developing written safety plans for serious topics always comes first. Once the written plan has been developed, it is now time to implement it as part of your annual employee safety training. Best way to tackle this is to incorporate the written plan as part of the training topic curriculum.
Another important component to written programs and employee safety training is the monitoring and inspections of your workplace. You can't assume that all employees are following your set safety guidelines. Ensure this happens by constant inspections and positive reassurance.
Call us today to get your next safety written program developed. We have a team of technical writers that can help.
